Elyssa Unfred grew up near Lathrop, Missouri, and worked as a preschool teacher for six years. She now co-owns and operates Link Fitness in Weston with her husband, Steven. She and Steven live with their two young daughters in Weston, Missouri, where she enjoys running and spending time outdoors.
